Joe Clement talks with Lew Church about an opinion piece he wrote for the December 23rd Portland Observer on whether Portland needs a city-wide rent strike. Lew describes tenant organizing he was part of at PSU, where they went on a rent-strike, and points out hidden history of tenant organizing both Martin Luther King and Gandhi share.
