ACLU of Oregon's David Fidanque on DEA Subpoenas of Prescription Records
The ACLU of Oregon has joined a suit brought before a federal judge by the state of Oregon in an attempt to prevent the DEA from accessing the data gathered by Oregon's Prescription Drug Monitoring Program without a warrant. The program holds millions of prescription records for individuals in Oregon. For more, KBOO's Sam Bouman spoke with David Fidanque, Executive Director of the ACLU of Oregon.
