Portland started a pilot program to allow car camping at faith and other not-for-profit sites.
The Portland City Council unanimously passed a resolution that will allow car camping at religious and other not-for-profit sites.
KBOO's Joe Meyer spoke with Housing Bureau Director Traci Manning about how the resolution would work and with Rev. Dr. Anton DeWet about the responsibilities of participating churches.
