Left and the Law under Trump

In their Left & the Law segment this month, Jan Haaken and Mike Snedeker survey the ravaged terrain of international, national and local law under Trump 2.0. They take up areas where the courts have blocked the Trump regime's use of the National Guard and where popular resistance has been effective in exposing and in some cases blocking the actions of ICE agents. They also discuss the potential for the regime to declare martial law to forestall the likely Republican loss of the House of Representatives in this fall's elections.
