JaSkaMon
JaSkaMon, who's name is derived from "spirit-music-humanity" and is a Northwest US music project led by singer-songwriter-guitarist Barry Klusman. The group's attributes are a catalog of catchy original tunes mixed with popular covers, rhythmically charged for dancing, employing harmony singing and infectious guitar, keyboard and horn lines. They are known for their unique combinations of blending American pop with Caribbean beats.

Hugo Skavez
Brendan Deiz is a Portland-based guitarist, songwriter, singer, and producer currently performing, recording, and releasing material with the Latin/doom group Doombia, the instrumental psychedelic project Oleada, and releases protest music as a solo act under the names Hugo Skavez and Sanctuary City. He has been awarded several grants for his music and has been featured in local press a handful of times throughout the past decade. Brendan has toured the West Coast multiple times, as well, with ska-punk and hardcore bands Fake News, Tallwomen, and others.
He also teaches Guitar and Grantwriting at Portland Community College and is a volunteer board member of the Portland Immigrant Rights Coalition.

Songbird Maria Remos
Maria “Songbird” Remos has been a cornerstone of Portland’s all-women’s Wayward Girls Soul Club for the past five years, spinning rare grooves and timeless soul with infectious energy. A lifelong music lover from O‘ahu, Hawaii, she’s been steeped in reggae since childhood and brings that same passion to her all-vinyl sets. Every Saturday from 2–3 p.m., she hosts The “In” Crowd on XRAY FM, where she showcases deep cuts and dancefloor favorites. Fresh off her recent appearance as a featured DJ at Pickathon, Maria continues to spread her love of vinyl culture, keeping the spirit of soul and reggae alive wherever she plays.
