Join me this month as Will Fidler returns to "That Vegan Show" for an extended interview about what led him to start a business, Fidler's Fungus Farm, and how it evolved over the years. Our journey will explore the healing powers of nature, how animals came to live on his farm, and a lot about mushrooms! Will is knowledgeable about many types of mushrooms and is passionate about helping others learn to grow their own. We talk about cooking and growing mushrooms, including regional varieties of mushrooms such as Chicken of the Woods and Bear's Head.
From Fidler's Fungus Farm: We are a small vegan farm in Oregon that specializes in mushroom grow kits and the facilitation of mushroom growing. Here on site we provide sanctuary for a small variety of animals; two handsome pigs, a small flock of chickens, two stray kitties, and a wonderful dog. We have a passion for growing our own food, nature and the outdoors, a drive to be good stewards of the environment, and are on a quest to experience the mysteries the natural world has to offer.
