Interlocking Interludes
ADN presents a complex series of rhythmic interludes. First, “The Kings Suite,” composed by Brian Baumbusch. Complex as how Indonesian gamelan music is a series of interlocking instruments each playing different tempos but somehow all together at the end. Very exhilarating. Additional music by The Orchestra of the Upper Atmosphere (“Rearranged improvisation”), Vasco Trilla (“mirrored polyphony”), and Luc Ex (“Inevitable sounds”). That’s saying a lot. Tune in.
