Interview with Ron Kaiser

For the first time in history, there are more people over the age of 65 in the world than there are people under the age of 5. To help explore the subject of aging enthusiastically is Ron Kaiser, Ph.D., a positive health psychologist, coach, author, podcaster, educator, consultant, and speaker. He is passionate about promoting older adulthood as an age of growth and not decline. 

Dr. Ron is known nationally and internationally for his webinars, courses, and presentations.Dr. Ron has been in practice for more than five decades, including 25 years as Director of Psychology at the world-famous Jefferson Headache Center at Thomas Jefferson University.  As an innovative thought leader in the field of healthy aging, he has developed the concepts of The Mental Health Gym, Goal-Achieving Psychotherapy (GAP),  The Type P Personality, and Rejuvenaging. 

His positive goal-oriented approach has influenced thousands of individuals over the years to overcome medical, psychological, and self-imposed limitations, and become better versions of themselves by following The Mental Health Gym’s philosophy and practices. Dr. Ron’s ideas and approaches have been described in his books, What Can Go Right?, The Mental Health Gym Playbook,  and most recently, Rejuvenaging®: The Art and Science of Growing Older with Enthusiasm.
