A new film that critiques civilization as the root cause for violence, oppression, and environmental destruction will be screening tomorrow in Portland.

Producers of the film titled "End Civ" say that the film documents the resilience of the people hit hardest by war and repression while illuminating a way into a saner future.

KBOO's Isobel Sharlay spoke with the film's creator, Frank Lopez.
