Bill Resnick interviews Max Elbaum, on the great set of organizations – including social, economic, and environmental groups, some unions, and many social movements -- who worked in the 2020 election to elect progressives, Biden and enough Democrats to control the Congress. Max and Bill discuss the importance of working to win elections and how electoral work and movement building can be complement one another. Max Elbaum has been a tireless radical activist in peace, anti-racism, anti-globalization struggles. In his spare time he writes, authored two books, Revolution in the Air: Sixties Radicals Turn to Lenin, Mao and Che and he recently collaborated on Power Never Concedes, that explores the themes of the interview.
