Our guest will be April Sims, the Secretary Treasurer of the Washington State Labor Council.  Sista Sims is one of four commissioners selected by the Washington State Senate and House of Representatives to draft the new congressional and legislative boundary lines as a result of the 2020 US Census. Our conversation with Sista Sims will explore how the process works and the importance of their mission to draw district lines that "provide fair and effective representation”.
