On Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at 11:30 a.m. Joseph Gallivan interviews artist, starseed and entrepreneur Strawberry Pickle about her all ages night club and art space Rainbow City. The space shows work painters, street artists and sculptors, and has jewelry and clothes for sale. It runs live music and DJ nights, including mumblecore rap and satanic and starseed-themed masses on alternate Sundays. Pickle came up in old Portland and wanted to recreate the. Vibe of places such as the City Nightclub, the 24 Hour Church of Elvis and the Roxy Café.
