KBOO is celebrating March 8th, International Women's Day, with 24 hours of special programming! Tune in beginning at 5:30 am Wednesday March 8th, 2017.

The day will include a discussion of trans feminism and TERF - trans exclusive radical feminism. How does TERF hurt trans women and all women? Tune in at 11 am.

We'll have a program on human trafficking, in English and Spanish, and the Bread and Roses Collective will Counter Western-centric Narratives.

Also, the new public affairs program, The Politics of Living will debut at 9 am.

In addition, we'll have lots of great music: Women in Jazz, Reggae with the Shocks of Sheba, Screaming Women featuring experimental artists and loud women, and Women in Country Swing! There will be something for everyone in this all day, all night special, produced entirely by female-identified volunteers at KBOO!
