KBOO is celebrating March 8th, International Women's Day, with 24 hours of special programming! Tune in beginning at 5:30 am Wednesday March 8th, 2017.

The day will include a discussion of trans feminism and TERF - trans exclusive radical feminism. How does TERF hurt trans women and all women? Tune in at 11 am.

We'll have a program on human trafficking, in English and Spanish, and the Bread and Roses Collective will Counter Western-centric Narratives.

Also, the new public affairs program, The Politics of Living will debut at 9 am.

In addition, we'll have lots of great music: Women in Jazz, Reggae with the Shocks of Sheba, Screaming Women featuring experimental artists and loud women, and Women in Country Swing!
