Ghanian Highlife Special to be aired Apr. 4th

With roots going back to the 1920's and drawing from a number of sources, Highlife was a prominent style of music for over 60 years in the English speaking countries of West Arica. Even though heard in Sierra Leone, Liberia and Nigeria , it was dominant in Ghana. Join me in wrapping up our Spring Membership drive on Thur. 4/4 from noon 'till 2 and enjoy 2 hours of great Ghanian Highlife. Included will be the music of E.T. Mensah, Nana Ampadu, the Ramblers Dance Band and many others.
