Tomorrow evening, Tuesday, July 7, the Portland Restaurant Workers Association (PRWA) and the Portland Industrial Workers of the World (IWW) will host an Ergonomics Class for Restaurant Workers. Workers are invited to come learn exercises and body postures to protect yourself from strain and injury on the job. This class is designed especially for restaurant workers combining the latest ergonomics data from OSHA with yoga techniques to keep your body in tip-top shape. That's tomorrow evening at 7 at Liberty Hall, located at 311 N Ivy St. in Portland. Please wear comfortable clothing as this class requires activity.
