Photographer Stephen Strom will be visiting Newspace Center for Photography TONIGHT at 7:00pm,  to present a lecture and for the inaugural signing of his newly published book, Earth Forms.  Newspace is located at 1632 SE 10th Ave in Portland.
Former astronomer Strom’s photographs attempt to capture what is nearly beyond the camera’s grasp: desert lands shaped by millennial forces and yesterday’s cloudburst into undulations of color and form - its history re-imagined in light that at once penetrates and sculpts.
