A Federal appeals panel in Portland today heard arguments concerning the appeals process for people on the no-fly list.
Lawyers for the 15 Muslim plaintiffs argued that The Terrorist Screening Center is responsible for maintaining the secret no-fly list, yet to get off the list you need to apply to the powerless Transportation Security Administration.
