Bridget B. here, Celeste and I will be joining forces to deliver An Evening of Afrotainment each Saturday from 7pm to 10pm.  Hear music of the African Diaspora by Black artists-worldwide. All genres...from African traditional to esoteric experimental. Slip and slide aurally through the spectrum of Black experience.  I'll be at the helm on January 3, 17 and 31, 2009 with Celeste serving as the host on January 10 & 24, 2009.

For the month of December, I dedicated all my shows to The Love/Avon Army of Women.  To learn more go to and register.

For the month of January, I'd like to direct your attention to THE C.H.A.N.G.E. INITIATIVE:

The C.H.A.N.G.E. initiative seeks to encourage people, regardless of their age, race, class or creed, to become agents of positive social change.  The acronym "C.H.A.N.G.E." is more than a cliché; it is a way of life and thought pattern for future-focused young people."

I AM Change; Human Rights; Action; Needed; Global; Empowering, Evolving
