Do you like supporting our schools and the arts while at the same time checking out cool arts and crafts?  Then check out three totally radical crafts fairs happening this weekend.

The first Crafts fair supporting the arts and our local schools is the Tigard High School Annual Band Craft Fair this Saturday.The fair will feature over 60 crafters and vendors with unique quality hand made crafts and gourmet delights where all of the proceeds will benefit the Tigard High School band and color guard programs.  The Craft fair is this Saturday from 9am to 4pm in the Cafeteria of Tigard High School located at 9000 South West Durham Road in Tigard.  

The Second Crafts fair supporting the arts and our local schools is the The 6th annual da Vinci Arts Fair. Which features the works of more than 70 Pacific Northwest artists including a gallery selling the artwork of da Vinci students.  A supervised hands-on children’s art area will allow kids to create their own masterpieces while parents shop.The da Vinci Arts fair is this Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 6pm at  da Vinci Middle School located at 2508 North east Everett, in Portland.  

The third Crafts fair supporting our locals school is the 14th Annual Holiday Bazaar at David Douglas high school.  There will be food, fun, crafts, and wonderful items on sale for all your holiday gift giving.  The event is this Saturday from 9am to 4pm and will be at 1500 SE 130th ave in Portland

Want to watch Opera for free? at the library? This Sunday the PSU Opera Workshop will  prepare scenes from favorite American operas.  The PSU Opera Worshop is this Sunday at 1pm in the Collins Gallery at the Multnomah County Central Library located at 801 SW 10th Avenue Portland.  Space is limited, and seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
