Judge Denise Lind's decision not to dismiss the 'Aiding the Enemy' charge could well be a doubleedged sword for government prosecutors - depending on their skill in using it.  One side or another, it isn't the sword of justice and it sure and hell is not mightier than the 'Pen'...
