Tribute to Ray Bradbury

Gremlin Time
program date:
Mon, 06/18/2012

In honor of his recent passing, we will present two short stories written by Ray Bradbury. From 1946 comes, "The Night", one of his first works to be published in the slick paper fiction magazines, selected at the time for publication by a young editor named Truman Capote. On a hot summer night, a young boy and his mother wait for his older brother to return home. As they go out into the night to look for him, the young boy begins to realize that there are dangers lurking in the darkness.Reading this story is Mrs White.
