It's not often one gets a souvenir from a radio program, but this week's Self Help Radio is one giant souvenir. It's probably not going to fit on your knick-knack shelf, & won't be collectible in any sense, but it is something you can keep, & use to remember an experience, & it is a bit forgetful & cheap.
In addition to all the songs you see below, there are interviews with folks: Graceland souvenir shop proprietor Daniel Black, local entrepreneur Regis Regis, souvenir skeptic Dr. Frederick Smoot, & the host's spiritual mentor the Rev. Dr. Howard Gently. Braving the Polish Secret Police, haiku poet Jadwiga Lukasz also stops by to read some lovely haiku verse.
We told you it was like a souvenir. Pretend you got it in the KBOO gift shop, will you? Or that you saw it in the gift shop, but bought a tee shirt instead.
