Hey Everyone! Here's some quick information for this weekend's Cinco de Mayo Run. We will be setting up Saturday night. We very strongly encourage everyone to set up then. If you come on Sunday, you will not be able to pull your vehicle in and will have to carry everything. We will have overnight security, so no worries! Load in: Beginning at 5:30pm. We will be there until at least 8:30, so you can come a little later if you need to. If you do not come Saturday, please be all set up by 6am on Sunday. For those of you who have not been to this event before, the location is Pioneer Courthouse Square. Your exact booth location will be shown to you when you arrive. Please ask for me or Sarah. If it is dry, the booths will be marked in sidewalk chalk, so you could look around for your name too. There is vehicle access to the Square off of 6th. We have lots of folks coming to load in, so if you could move your vehicle once it is unloaded, that would be great. We do "doors open" at 6:30am. People start to show up a bit earlier than that, so please be ready to go by 6am. The race will be wrapping up at approximately 12. It may be 20-30 minutes before you can get your vehicle in, so please be patient. Beer may help with this. Let me know if you have any other questions and we'll see you Saturday!
