No single issue is the most important.
To gain real social change towards a more just world, we need to understand and embrace the complexities we face.

The more we can see how  oppressions interrelate, the better our understanding of strategies to end those oppressions.  In a world of intersectionality, identity politics are woefully inadequate.

Please join Lyn and Ani as we consider how this is playing out in the Presidential campaigns, and in the coverage of them. We will be checking out sexism and looksism in the coverage of the election, and oh, so much more.

Climate: Misunderstood Impacts
The Digital Divide is off today. Instead we'll hear Radio Ecoshock on Climate: Misunderstood Impacts

New climate science shows some parts of the world will heat more than dangerous two degrees as soon as 2030. The Arctic has already heated more than that.

This means we can't burn as much fossil fuels as we've been told. Plus, the changes are not a gradual warming, but unstable weather and deadly heat waves. From Australia, Dr. Andy J. Pitman, co-author of a new study explains.
