This Saturday, hop on over to the 10th Annual Art Hop

Seventeen blocks of NE Alberta Street will be closed to car traffic, accommodating 100+ artists, crafts people, music, dance and theater performers. This year’s theme is  “Coming Home”, featuring the late artist Thelma Johnson Streat.

Streat, an internationally acclaimed artist and dancer from Portland, was the first African American woman whose artwork was collected by the Museum of Modern Art. Up to 50 of Streat’s original works, on loan from The Johnson Collection, will be on display for this one day event.
