Bill Resnick talks with T.R. Reid, NPR journalist and documentary film maker, about healthcare-systems, and in particular his efforts to bring single-payer healthcare to Colorado. Reid is the Chairman of the Colorado Foundation for Universal Health Care, the state-wide citizens' campaign working to pass Amendment 69, a ballot initiative to create ColoradoCare, a state-based health plan that will cover every resident of the state.
