The contract, which will not be up for renegotiation until 2020, will have important bearing on police accountability in Portland.  
  • Laurie Mercier talks with Michael Harriott. Harriott is a writer, podcaster, spoken-word poet, and editor-in-chief of NegusWhoRead.
