A series of new political ads opposing measure 50, the new initiative to raise tobacco taxes to fund health care for thousands of Oregon kids, is drawing the ire of the plans supporters. They say the ads, from a political action committee funded by big tobacco, are completely false, deceiving voters. KBOO’s Kurt Ackerson reports.
