Leonard Clark founded RISK in April 1995 Beginning as a volunteer youth camp project, RISK has developed into a full scale organization serving African American youth/families and other youth and families.
RISK alcohol and drug treatment services include: Substance Abuse Assessment. RISK also administers assessment from "GAIN" Assessments to establish more appropriate treatment planning, case planning, individual and group counseling in addition to ongoing treatment services.
