Zekan Sues Lincoln County For Freedom of Speech

Tue, 05/15/2012 Matt Zekan is suing Lincoln County officials for denying his right to free speech. Zekan began protesting against the county after the placed his father on administrative leave two years ago. Lincoln County later banned Zekan from all government property for distributing posters in support of his father. He was eventually arrested twice for trespassing on two county parking lots.
KBOO's Zeke Harrington spoke with Greg Veralrud, Matt Zekan's attorney, about the lawsuit.
