Satori: Music and Conversation

 This Old Mole Variety Hour features music from a Fall 2010 concert called "Living Water" by Satori Men's Chorus is a Portland group of amateur singers, directed by Susan Dorn, and calling themselves "Men Singing Peace."  This segment begins with an excerpt from "Ol' Man River," featuring a solo by Old Mole Clayton Morgareidge (one of four soloists appearing in this number).   Then Bill Resnick and Clayton talk about Satori's history and mission.

Satori's next concert will be at The Old Church on April 14.  Check Satori's website or Facebook page for details soon.  

Clayton and two other Satori members -- Ernie Tong and Doug Sherman -- will be singing in Music For the Working Class this Wednesday, Feb. 29, 7:00 pm at Red and Black Cafe, SE 12th and Oak.
