And in the second half of the show, Dmae talks with director Tobias Andersen about Moliere's classic comedy, Tartuffe. Instead of being set in 17th century France, this adaptation takes place in the heart of a fictional Texas. We'll find out why and how and also do a ticket giveaway!

Post5 Theatre presents it's Southern take on Molière's classic, Tartuffe, translated by Contance Congdon and directed by Tobias Andersen. This version of Tartuffe is set on the back porch or Orgon's vast estate in Molière, Texas. When the well-meaning but somewhat naive patriarch Orgon (Keith Cable) invites the hypocritical, sceming Tartuffe (Garland Lyons) to cohabitate, it's up to the rest of his family to expose the fake fervor of Tartuffe before Tartuffe takes them for everything they own.

Tartuffe runs approximately 2 hours with one 15-minute intermission between the third and fourth Acts. The shown runs Thursday-Sunday through March 16 at 7:30PM. Tickets are $15 (Sundays are Pay-What-You-Will) and can be purchased at www.postfivetheatre.org/tickets. All shows at Post5 Theatre's Black-Box at 850 NE 81st Ave, Portland 97213.
