The 8th annual Women in Prison Conference was held Lewis & Clark Law School on February 1, 2014. The Conference was presented by The Portia Project and co-sponsored by the Oregon Justice Resource Center, ACLU of Oregon, and Soroptimist International of Eugene. Hear issues women face and ideas for reform as Karen James interviews the Honorable Darleen Ortega, Oregon Court of Appeals; Kim Brockamp, Oregon Dept. of Corrections; Liysa Swart, Voices Set Free; Susie Leavell, Washington State Dept. of Corrections; and others.
