What's happening in one of Oregon's most diverse house districts? An interview with State Representative Lew Frederick (D- Portland; District 43)

Oregon House District 43 is home to many of Portland's historic and more recently formed communities of color. It is also an area experiencing higher rates of unemployment, home foreclosure, police misconduct and use of deadly force, and gentrification-driven displacement than other areas of the city.
