The Ecology of Leadership Adventure is a workshop as an introduction to the Ecology of Leadership (EOL) program - a blend of inquiry and skill development, self-awareness, and deepened nature connection with the principles of systems thinking and permaculture. Attendees will also develop new tools, routines, mindsets and skills to be more effective in manifesting what they see for themselves and their community.  This workshop, a  portion of The Village Building Convergence, will be held Friday, May 28th from 2 – 4pm at St. David's Church of Wales, located at 2800 SE Harrison Street in Portland.  There is a sliding scale donation.  More information at www.cityrepair.org

Come see the print and design work from Eberhardt Press at the Red and Black Café, located at 400 SE 12 Ave @ Oak Street in Portland.   Posters, propaganda, books, zines and other printed materials are on exhibit.  Eberhardt Press, radical publisher and provider of low-cost quality printing to do-it-yourself and radical projects,will also be offering titles for sale.  The closing party will be held this Friday, May 28th, starting at 7 pm.  There will be a suggested donation, but no one will be turned away for lack of funds.  More information at  www.redandblackcafe.com  and   www.eberhardtpress.org

Straight Path Incorporated is a non-profit organization that helps Ex-offenders find living wage employment and for those who want a life-style change.  This Saturday May 29th, Straight Path will host its “Second Chance Career & Job Fair” from 12 noon -5p at Irvington Covenant Church, located at 4800 NE Martin Luther King Boulevard in Portland. The job fair is to target individuals who have completed either of the approved Oregon State Apprenticeship programs.  More information at http://straightpathinc.org/
