Oxbow Springs in Cascade Locks is the target of Nestle Corporation's plans for bottling millions of gallons of water from the springs and from city well water. Keep Nestle Out of the Gorge is a Coalition of 15 organizations and churches, including the Mt Hood environmental organization Bark, that have come together to oppose the move to privatize water that helps support endangered salmon.
