Rodney Crowell On "Swing & Country"
The music of Rodney Crowell, a member of the "Nashville Songwriters Hall Of Fame", will be featured on "Swing & Country", January 15, from 6-9 a.m. PST. Many of this prolific writer's songs will be sung by other artists, followed by select songs of Crowell's more recent music. Rodney Crowell will join our program by way of a pre-recorded interview to answer some questions and talk about his upcoming appearance in Portland at the Aladdin Theatre, on February 9. Joining us in the studio will be a recent inductee into the "Oregon Music Hall of Fame"and a man who has shared many a stage with Rodney Crowell in recent years as his bass player, Denny Bixby.
