The Portland 9/11 Truth Alliance presents The Frankfurt School & Cultural Marxism, a lecture by Valdas Anelauskas, a former anti-Soviet dissident and political exile, and author of the best-selling book Discovering America As It Is.  The Lecture is tonight, Wednesday, at Laughing Horse Books, 12 NE 10th Avenue in Portland. at 7:00 PM.

Are you interested in Local Food Policy?  The Portland/Multnomah Food Policy Council meets the Second Wednesday of each month from 4:00 till 6:00 PM. These citizen-advisory meetings are open to the public, and public is invited to participate on committees working on food system policy recommendations for the City of Portland and Multnomah County.  Visit www.portlandonline.com/osd and click on Sustainable Food for more information andmeeting locations.

Wednesday Night is Open Mic Night at the Proper Eats Market, 8638 N Lombard in North Portland.  The fun starts at 7:00 PM and runs for an hour.  That's Open Mic Night at the Proper Eats Market, every Wednesday at 7.

Mt. Tabor Presbyterian Church continues their weekly Divorce Care For Kids programs to help children heal from the pain of divorce and separation. Everyone is welcome every Wednesday evening at 7:00 PM.  The Mt.
