GOP Blocks Nomination
Today Senate Republicans blocked the nomination of Richard Cordray to become the director of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. The Bureau was created Just over a year ago to enforce Federal consumer financial protection laws.
KBOO reporter Joe Lino spoke with Drew Courtney, the director of communications at People For the American Way about the blocking of the Financial Protection Bureau.
