Workers Take Back Capitol

The "Take Back the Capitol" campaign this week in Washington has seen thousands of protesters from across the nation disrupt business as usual in Congress. The protests, which are a spin-off of the ‘Occupy Wall Street’ movement, have also targeted the offices of corporate lobbyists in Washington.

 

KBOO reporter Jamie Partridge is in Washington covering the Oregon delegation. Today, he speaks with Portland-based community organizer and homeless advocate Ibrahim Mubarak, one of fifty-four Oregonians to make the trip to DC.
