Join local artist Mic Crenshaw and award-winning journalist Jordan Flaherty to talk about post Katrina New Orleans and other current struggles for justice and liberation. 28th Annual Hood River Valley Harvest Fest is this weekend. Visitors can taste fresh, local produce, and fully experience an authentic autumn festival overlooking the beautiful Columbia River. There will be tons of fresh produce, locally made art, a kids’ zone, food, Wine tastings, Music, and plenty of pie! the harvest fest is this saturday from 10 to 9 and sunday 10 to five in Hood River.

BLUE GOLD: WORLD WATER WARS is a documentary that sheds light on the world’s rapidly approaching water crisis and suggests that wars of the future will be fought over water, as the source of all life enters the global marketplace and political arena.
