National Security and Domestic Policy

Soon after taking office, President Obama called the economic crisis a matter of national security.  On this episode of We the People, we explore the link between national security and domestic policy.

We were joined in the studio by Mike Edera of the Rural Organizing Project and Barbara Dudley of the Working Families Party.  We talked about the impact of the economic downturn and political organizing of working families and on organizing in Oregon's rural communities.
