The 2013 Cascadia RagTime Rendezvous JugBand Jubilee is a benefit for the Oregon Rail Heritage Foundation, www.orhf.org, to be held at the Oregon Rail Heritage Center in Portland. While admiring the City of Portland’s antique steam engines and caboose, enjoy the music of 26 bands on two stages; plus, local food and craft vendors and a beer and wine garden.
