On today's show Davey D covers the noon time rally at Oakland City Hall around the BART strike and the city workers' strike, bringing you excerpts from many of the speakers. Davey also talks with long time civil rights attorney Dan Siegel about the national and long term implications of these strikes.
Later on in the show Davey speaks with Bruce Dixon of the Black Agenda Report about President Obama's recent trip to Africa and why that's not exactly a positive thing for the average African in terms of the foreign policy he's pushing. The conversation also delves into the Black Mis-leadership Class who are hell bent on condemning Edward Snowden and Wikileaks, and why many prominent African American pundits are supporting President Obama's domestic spying program.
