Dan Johnson talks about his life and reads from his book, The Air In Me

Host Kathleen Stephenson speaks with Dan Johnson, writer and KBOO volunteer, about his new book, The Air In Me, a collection of prose and poetry reflecting on Dan's life as an aging gay man.

Dan Johnson retired from radio broadcasting in 2006 to pursue his passion for writing. In 2008, while living in Seaside, Oregon, Dan edited a book published by Sunset Empire Parks and Recreation District, titled “Writing Down the Words Art and Photos” This book was a collection of art through the written word and photos all provided by local writers and photographers. In 2009 Dan published his first book, “Lester Briggs Died Today” a collection of prose and poetry.
