my advice to anyone who has ben bullied  before.  
say please do not  bully me .  
hey ,  big guy ,  pick on somebody your own size.
yell  and  scream .
tell  your parents,  anyone  you can  trust.
just  walk  away.
ask  your family  members if  they  have ben  bullied.
