KBOO is revamping and improving our programming to increase our listeners and better serve the community.  Below are a variety of resources on how the station is pursuing this effort.

2010

December:
Community meeting to followup on Programming Excellence project
August:
All-host meeting to review Programming Excellence criteria
May:
Weekday Spanish language programming moved to have a solid block on Tuesdays
Feb - April:
Review and change of afternoon music programs

2009

November:
Programming excellence trainings: part two - for all on-air volunteers

August - November:
Program evaluations of public affairs and Spanish language programs

July:
Second round of daytime changes announced and implemented

June:
Changes in daytime Public Affairs schedule announced

March:
Some morning schedule changes implemented.

Programming Excellence trainings (part 1) required for all on-air volunteers

February:
Changes in morning schedule announced.

2008

November:
New evening format begins, read Skanner article here.

October:
New evening schedule is announced, with further changes to come.

August:
Implementation of changes begins with Democracy Now! moving to 7am
The National Federation of Community Broadcasters finishes their station assessment of KBOO
