Jan Haaken talks with Ricardo Ainslee about his new book, "The Fight to Save Juarez: life in the heart of Mexico's drug war". They discuss the contents of the book, which focuses on the city of Juarez in the state of Chihuahua. Ricardo elaborates the local politics of the drug war waged by Mexico against its own cartels, the economic dynamics feeding it and the blood-shed, as well as the role of the US in stoking its flames. Ricardo is a fellow documentary film-maker, psychoanalyst, education scholar and author.
