Judi Bari was an environmental activist, labor organizer and feminist who helped to bridge crucial gaps between how timber workers and radical environmentalists understood each other. She also helped to feminize either side's understanding of their own interests. Bari worked with the Industrial Workers of the World, a revolutionary union with a famous past among timber workers, and EarthFirst!
