In the past week, we’ve seen a nation wide campaign to evict protestors from the Occupy encampments, including the mass arrests in Zucotti Park at the heart of the Occupy Wall Street Movement.  Locally, Portlanders came out in force to support the Occupy movement on Saturday, November 12th,  with the announcement of a midnite eviction by Mayor Sam Adams.  Thousands rallied in the streets to show support and delay an eviction.

With recent events, many are asking, What’s next for the movement?

They will discuss "Decade of Fear," which has been described as a journalistic memoir. Shephard conducted hundreds of interviews worldwide and wove them together to describe the decade since 2001 and looked at how the West’s “solutions” for terrorism only served to exacerbate the problem.
